Hi everyone! Thanks for sharing your Christmas plans. Everyone sounds like they will have a good holiday!

FORUM likes to emphasize the three principles of money: spending, saving, and sharing. For each person, this will look different. If you were given $100, how would you divide that money based on the three categories listed above and why? (Also, just because I listed three categories doesn't mean you have to put money in all three.)

Because my husband is in law school right now, I probably wouldn't save very much of the $100. I would probably share or give $10 (10%) to our church and put the rest back into our account to try to make up for some of the money we have spent over the holidays.
